Have you heard of 'the 3rd piece?' Rather than stopping at jeans and a tee, layer on a unique jacket or bag (your basic black purse doesn't count!) to immediately look more polished. Walmart's fall fashion is perfect for this! They have so many cute jackets ringing in at under $40.
