Valentine's Day Party Made Simple
10:45 AM
I received products from Oriental Trading Company for review. I only chose products I love (hello rose gold love balloon!) and of course all opinions are my own.
1. Snacks.
A yummy treat on a holiday is a must. But keep it simple. Store bought powdered donuts or cookies, popcorn, and store bought cupcakes are easy and delish. Maybe throw in pound cake and fresh fruit for the mamas. You guys know I like a festive table. Oriental Trading Company made it easy to pull off with this gorgeous rose gold balloon and fun garland streamers.
This one is for the mamas. Here are some ideas:
-a coffee bar with flavored syrups
-a hot cocoa bar (like this one) with whipped cream, marshmallows, flavored cream, and cinnamon sticks or Pirouette wafers. You can be creative or keep it simple.
-a bubbly water bar. We'll save the champagne for date night. But a bubbly water bar with simple syrups would be great. Rosemary simple syrup is a favorite. But mint and orange are also yummy. Another option is infused water- cucumber and mint infused water is my jam.
3. An Activity.
Photo booths are always a hit. With props and a simple DIY background like this one made of the prettiest heart plates, it's fun and adorable. What mom doesn't want to snuggle her little Valentine for a sweet picture? Doing a craft, playing games, and exchanging Valentines are other ideas.

I'm looking forward to celebrating with a few sweet mamas in my life. If you're not home during the day, why not host a fun little "Galentines" with a few friends on the weekend (with the babes or without)? These tips still apply. Except for sure, drink champagne ♥
Happy Valentine's Day Friends!
